Biographical Data

Alex Collier

Alex Collier is a contactee with a race of human looking extraterrestrials from the constellation of Andromeda. He first began to experience extraterrestrial contact during his childhood up to his mid-teens. After the experiences stopped over a period of several years, which included military service as a helicopter pilot in the U.S. Army, the contact experiences resumed in 1985. He met with two Andromedans who became his mentors and took him on board their space vehicles including a large extraterrestrial mother ship where he was exposed to the teachings of the Andromedans over a three month period. The Andromedans gave him information about cosmic spirituality, life in the universe, and Earth’s galactic history.

Dr. Edgar Mitchell

Edgar Dean Mitchell (b. September 17, 1930) was born in Hereford, Texas. He was active in the Boy Scouts of America where he achieved its second highest rank, Life Scout. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial management from Carnegie hInstitute of Technology in 1952. The following year he joined the US Navy where he trained as a pilot and flew off the aircraft carriers USS Bon Homme Richard and USS Ticonderoga. Later he qualified as a research pilot and taught at the Navy's research pilot school. While in the Navy he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in aeronautical engineering from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School and a Doctor of Science degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He currently resides in suburban West Palm Beach, FL. Mitchell has publicly expressed his opinions that he is "90 percent sure that many of the thousands of unidentified flying objects, or UFOs, recorded since the 1940s, belong to visitors from other planets" and that UFOs have been the "subject of disinformation in order to deflect attention and to create confusion so the truth doesn't come out". Dateline NBC had an interview with Mitchell on April 19, 1996, during which he discussed meeting with officials from three countries who claimed to have had personal encounters with extraterrestrials. He offered his opinion that the evidence for such "alien" contact was "very strong" and "classified" by governments, who were covering up visitations and the existence of alien beings' bodies in places such as Roswell, New Mexico.

Dr. Steven Greer

Steven M. Greer (b. June 28, 1955) is an American physician and ufologist. Greer is the founder of the Disclosure Project, The Orion Project, and the Advanced Energy Research Organization (AERO). The latter aims to reproduce claimed free energy devices Greer says were produced in secret government projects by a branch of the Military Industrial Complex or MIC. Greer's latest endeavor is the formation of The Orion Project (launched in March 2008), a non-profit, 501-C3 entity. The project's stated mission is to inform, educate, and help supply the people of earth with sustainable, non-polluting power. The Orion Project claims to be in the process of identifying and supporting the development of new, clean energy technologies. Greer is also a contactee, and coined the term "close encounter of the fifth kind" (a.k.a. CE5) to describe human initiated contact with extraterrestrials. CE5 encounters are "characterized by mutual, bilateral communication rather than unilateral contact." Greer is a former chairman of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Caldwell Memorial Hospital in Lenoir, North Carolina, and a lifetime member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He and his wife Emily have four daughters and reside in the Charlottesville, Virginia area.

Dan Aykroyd

Dan Aykroyd (b. July 1, 1952) was born on Dominion Day  at the Ottawa General Hospital in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He grew up in the Canadian capital where his father, Samuel Cuthbert Peter Hugh Aykroyd, a civil engineer, worked as a policy adviser to Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau. His mother, Lorraine née Gougeon, is a secretary of French Canadian origin, and his brother, Peter, also became a comedy actor. Aykroyd was raised in the Roman Catholic Church and had intended to become a priest until the age of seventeen. He attended Lisgar Collegiate Institute, St Pius X and St Phatrick's. He went on to study criminology and sociology at Carleton University. He worked as a comedian in various Canadian nightclubs and ran an after-hours speakeasy in Toronto for several years. Aykroyd went on to gain experience in The Second City comedy troupe and in the National Lampoon stage shows. While working with Second City, Aykroyd moonlighted as the announcer for Citytv in Toronto.

Nick Pope

Nicholas Pope (b. September 19, 1965) used to run the British Government's UFO project at the Ministry of Defence.  Initially skeptical, his research and investigation into the UFO phenomenon and access to formerly classified government files on the subject soon convinced him that the phenomenon raised important defence and national security issues, especially when the witnesses were military pilots or where UFOs were tracked on radar.  Nick also looked into other mysteries such as alien abductions, crop circles and ghosts.  He now continues his research in a private capacity and is recognised as a leading authority on UFOs and the unexplained.  He does extensive media work, lectures all around the world and has acted as consultant on numerous television documentaries.

Terrence Mckenna

Terence Kemp McKenna (b. November 16, 1946 –  d. April 3, 2000) grew up in Paonia, Colorado. He was introduced to geology through his uncle and developed a hobby of solitary fossil hunting in the arroyos near his home. From this he developed a deep artistic and scientific appreciation of nature. At age 16, McKenna moved to, and attended high school in, Los Altos, California. He lived with family friends because his parents in Colorado wished him to have the benefit of the then very highly rated California public schools. In 1964, circumstances required McKenna to move to Lancaster, California, to live with a different set of family friends. In 1965, he graduated from Antelope Valley High School, where Frank Zappa had graduated in 1958. McKenna then enrolled in U.C. Berkeley. He moved to San Francisco during the summer of 1965. As a freshman at U.C. Berkeley McKenna participated in the Tussman Experimental College, a short-lived two-year program on the Berkeley campus. He graduated in 1969 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology and Conservation.

Robert Lazar

Robert Scott Lazar (b. January 26, 1959), claims to have worked from 1988 until 1989 as a physicist at an area called S-4 (Sector Four), located near Groom Lake, Nevada, next to Area 51. According to Lazar, S-4 served as a hidden military location for the study of extraterrestrial flying saucers. Lazar says he saw nine different discs there and provides details on their mode of propulsion. In November 1989, Lazar appeared in a special interview with investigative reporter George Knapp on Las Vegas TV station KLAS to talk about the several aspects and implications of his work at S-4. Bob Lazar says he was initially introduced to work at S-4 by Dr. Edward Teller. His tasks consisted in the scientific investigation of the propulsion system of one of nine disc-shaped aircraft, as a general part of the ongoing reverse engineering project taking place at S-4. Upon first sight, Lazar thought the saucers were secret, terrestrial aircraft, whose test flights must have been responsible for many UFO reports. Gradually, on closer examination and from having been shown multiple briefing documents, Lazar came to the conclusion that the discs must have been of extraterrestrial origin. In his filmed testimony, Lazar explains how this impression first hit him after he boarded the craft under study and examined their interior. For the propulsion of the studied vehicles, Bob Lazar explains how the atomic element 115 served as a nuclear fuel. Element 115 (or ununpentium (Uup)) reportedly provided an energy source which would produce anti-gravity effects under particulate bombardment. As the intense strong nuclear force field of element 115's nucleus would be properly amplified, the resulting effect would be a distortion of the surrounding gravitational field, allowing the vehicle to immediately shorten the distance to a charted destination. Lazar elaborates how he was given introductory briefings describing the historical involvement by extraterrestrial beings with this planet for 10,000 years. The beings originate from the Zeta Reticuli 1 & 2 star system and are therefore referred to as Zeta Reticulians, popularly called 'Greys'.

Richard Hoagland

Richard C. Hoagland (b. April 25, 1945) is an author who claims that advanced civilizations exist or once existed on the moon, Mars and on some of the moons of Jupiter and Saturn, and that NASA and the United States government collaborated to keep these facts secret. His opinions have never been published in peer-reviewed journals. He has published two books, several videotapes, lectures, documentaries and interviews, and press conferences. He has submitted material to a NASA-sponsored public interest outreach. Hoagland served as a curator of astronomy & space science at the Springfield Museum of Science, located at The Quadrangle in Springfield, Massachusetts, and was a consultant to CBS News during the Apollo program. Hoagland also co-produced with WTIC (AM) a Peabody Award-nominated radio program, A Night of Encounter, covering the July 14, 1965, Mariner 4 flyby of the planet Mars. However, the official Peabody Awards entry form (51-65R) lists only Charles Renaud as the producer of the program. WTIC announcer Dick Bertel hosted the program and interviewed Hoagland, and the program also featured a conversation between Hoagland and astronomer Dr. Robert S. Richardson, associate director of the Griffith Observatory. Hoagland has appeared often on Coast to Coast AM with George Noory as well as on CNN, the BBC, UFO Evidence & Conspiracy, and Mysteries in Space. Coast to Coast AM has given him the title of Science Adviser, despite his lack of science credentials.
